2012 SFTA Mary Thompson Scholarship Winners Announced

The SFTA Mary Thompson Scholarship Winners are Anthony Rauschenbach and Hayley Schmidt. Each will receive a scholarship of $500. Rauschenbach is a senior at O’Gorman High School and will be attending Creighton University this fall. Hayley, a senior at Washington High School, will be attending South Dakota State University. The United States Tennis Association (USTA) has presented the Huether Family of Sioux Falls, S.D., with the Ralph W. Westcott USTA Family of the Year Award. The Huether Family was recognized for its outstanding contribution in helping grow tennis at the local level. The family was honored at the USTA Annual Meeting on March 19 in Carlsbad, Calif.
